Pulat Khaitov began his career in a logistical sub-holding of the Orient group (Tashkent) in 2014. He took part in the implementation of large infrastructure projects for the design, construction and launch of logistics centers LLC "ULS", LLC "HLC", LLC "ChLC" and LLC "OLC". 

Over the years, Pulat Khaitov has held several positions in the management departments of logistics companies as project manager of a logistics sub-holding, the general director of ChLC and OLC, and the head of the supervisory board of ULS. 

In early 2021, he joined the team at TengizTransGroup LLP as Head of Business Development Projects in Central Asia and Chief Representative in Uzbekistan. 

Since 2023, Mr. Khaitov has been serving as General Director of Burunday Container Terminal LLP, where he leads the process of development, constructing, and launching a modern transport and logistics center.

After completing his bachelor’s degree in the Tashkent Institute of Railway Engineers, Pulat Khaitov became a qualified expert of "Organization of transportation and transport logistics". Then Mr. Khaitov received a master's degree from the Spanish business school INSA in the direction of "Integral Logistics and Supply Chain Management".

Svetlana Rubets has over 18 years of experience in financial and economic management. Throughout her professional career, she has participated in the financial and operational management of real estate development projects, including the construction of luxury residential properties as part of the activities of Gloria Asset Management LLP. Simultaneously, she led the financial planning and budgeting processes in the international development project "HBT", where she held the position of Financial Director. In early 2024, Ms. Rubets joined the transport and logistics terminal construction project, where she is responsible for the development of the financial structure and operational support of the project.

She graduated from the Abai Kazakh Pedagogical Institute, majoring in Mathematics Education. Ms. Rubets also earned an MBA degree in Finance and Accounting from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Strategic Research (KIMEP).

Has over 13 years of experience in the railway and energy sectors. He began his professional career in 2012 as an Energy Engineer at CHP-1 of JSC AlES in Almaty.

In 2015, he transitioned to the railway logistics industry, joining JSC Kedentransservice as a Client Relations Manager. In 2016, he was appointed Head of the Production and Technical Department at JSC Vagonservice (Depot LVChDR-26).

In 2021, he became Chief Engineer of the Dostyk branch of JSC Kedentransservice, one of Kazakhstan's key railway border crossings. In 2023, he was appointed Head of Altynkol Station, a strategic transit hub on the China–Kazakhstan transport corridor.

In 2024, he served as Deputy Director for Freight Operations at the Almaty Regional Branch, overseeing freight transportation and operational activities across Almaty and the Almaty Region. Since 2025, he has once again headed Altynkol Station.

He began his professional career in the construction industry in 2007 at JSC Almatygorstroy as a Construction Site Supervisor. Over the years, he advanced from a field specialist to Chief Project Engineer for major investment projects, gaining extensive experience in managing the construction of industrial, logistics, and agro-industrial facilities.

Between 2011 and 2016, he held the positions of Site Manager, Project Engineer, Construction Engineer, and Lead Production and Technical Department (PTD) Engineer at leading construction companies in Kazakhstan. In these roles, he was responsible for organizing construction and installation works, budgeting, coordinating with contractors, providing technical supervision, and commissioning completed facilities.

Since 2016, he has served as Chief Construction Engineer at Inter-Service LLP, where he has overseen the implementation of large-scale investment projects in the agro-industrial sector, including production buildings and industrial facilities. Under his leadership, the company successfully completed the construction of three state-of-the-art controlled-atmosphere fruit storage facilities, a 3.9-hectare greenhouse complex, and three intensive apple orchards equipped with drip irrigation systems.

A significant milestone in his professional career has been his involvement in the implementation of the Burunday Container Terminal multimodal logistics center. He participated in every stage of the project lifecycle—from design development and technical coordination to construction completion and commissioning. Throughout the project, he coordinated with design organizations, contractors, and government authorities, while overseeing construction activities and ensuring compliance with all technical standards and project requirements.

Myrzagali Yusupov has over 30 years of experience in customs control, logistics, and administrative management. He began his career in 1989, rising to managerial positions in both governmental and private sectors. From 1994 to 2014, he held various roles within the customs authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, from Inspector to Chief Specialist. He worked at customs offices including Atakent, Kurmangazy, Taskala, Chingirlau, as well as customs posts such as Khorgos and Alatau CTC.

After concluding his public service, Mr. Yusupov worked in various logistics and security companies starting from 2015. In early 2025, he joined the team of Burunday Container Terminal LLP.

He graduated in 1995 from the Kazakh State Academy of Architecture and Construction with a degree in Civil Engineering. In 2002, he earned a second degree in Law from the D.A. Kunayev University of Humanities.
