Pulat Khaitov began his career in a logistical sub-holding of the Orient group (Tashkent) in 2014. He took part in the implementation of large infrastructure projects for the design, construction and launch of logistics centers LLC "ULS", LLC "HLC", LLC "ChLC" and LLC "OLC". Over the years, Pulat Khaitov has held several positions in the management departments of logistics companies as project manager of a logistics sub-holding, the general director of ChLC and OLC, and the head of the supervisory board of ULS. In early 2021, he joined the team at TengizTransGroup LLP as Head of Business Development Projects in Central Asia and Chief Representative in Uzbekistan. Since 2023, Mr. Khaitov has been serving as General Director of Burunday Container Terminal LLP, where he leads the process of development, constructing, and launching a modern transport and logistics center.

After completing his bachelor’s degree in the Tashkent Institute of Railway Engineers, Pulat Khaitov became a qualified expert of "Organization of transportation and transport logistics". Then Mr. Khaitov received a master's degree from the Spanish business school INSA in the direction of "Integral Logistics and Supply Chain Management".

Askar Zhumadilov began his professional career in 1999 at CJSC NC "KTZ", progressing from station duty officer to Deputy Head of Stations. He continued his work in companies such as Astana Contract LLP, ILC LLP, and ALG Company LLP, holding positions from Production Manager to Chief Operating Officer of a Container Terminal. Mr. Zhumadilov has participated in major projects for the development of container terminals. In early 2025, he joined the team of Burunday Container Terminal LLP.

He holds a degree in Railway Transport Process Management from the Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications.

Svetlana Rubets has over 18 years of experience in financial and economic management. Throughout her professional career, she has participated in the financial and operational management of real estate development projects, including the construction of luxury residential properties as part of the activities of Gloria Asset Management LLP. Simultaneously, she led the financial planning and budgeting processes in the international development project "HBT", where she held the position of Financial Director. In early 2024, Ms. Rubets joined the transport and logistics terminal construction project, where she is responsible for the development of the financial structure and operational support of the project.

She graduated from the Abai Kazakh Pedagogical Institute, majoring in Mathematics Education. Ms. Rubets also earned an MBA degree in Finance and Accounting from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Strategic Research (KIMEP).

Myrzagali Yusupov has over 30 years of experience in customs control, logistics, and administrative management. He began his career in 1989, rising to managerial positions in both governmental and private sectors. From 1994 to 2014, he held various roles within the customs authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, from Inspector to Chief Specialist. He worked at customs offices including Atakent, Kurmangazy, Taskala, Chingirlau, as well as customs posts such as Khorgos and Alatau CTC.

After concluding his public service, Mr. Yusupov worked in various logistics and security companies starting from 2015. In early 2025, he joined the team of Burunday Container Terminal LLP.

He graduated in 1995 from the Kazakh State Academy of Architecture and Construction with a degree in Civil Engineering. In 2002, he earned a second degree in Law from the D.A. Kunayev University of Humanities.
